Michaela A. McElveen, MD

Bio

A summa cum laude graduate of Columbia College in Columbia, South Carolina, with a bachelor’s degree in biology, Dr. McElveen earned her medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia. She then completed her family medicine residency at Prisma Health Midlands in Columbia, South Carolina.

Board certified in family medicine, Dr. McElveen is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association. She has extensive experience in the diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions in patients of all ages. During her residency, she also gained experience in musculoskeletal medicine and in-office procedures.
